New Patient Form

In this form, you’ll have to fill in personal information such as name, age, home address, etc. You will also be required to complete a medical history form. In this form, you have to provide complete information regarding your past medical treatments, dental problems, and any dental insurance information you may have.

If you want to save time, you can also ask us about obtaining this forms online, this way you can have them ready on the day of your appointment.

Comprehensive Examination

After studying your dental health history, our dentist will examine your gums, teeth, and mouth. This procedure is known as a comprehensive exam and is performed to study your dental health and hygiene.

Our dentist generally looks for sensitivity, decay, and redness around the gums and teeth during the examination, and guides you accordingly.

X-Ray

After conducting the comprehensive exam, our dentist takes an X-ray of your mouth, which will give a clear picture of the status of your teeth and jaw. These scans are made to analyze oral disruptions, diseases, and cavities better.

Panoramic radiographs are the most common types of dental X-rays as they provide our dentist a much-detailed view of the teeth and jaw. Our dentist can spot any impacted teeth or jaw fractures quickly with this type of X-ray.

Although believed to be a lengthy process, X-rays usually don’t take more than a few minutes and are completely safe.

After Examination

After the dental check-up, our dentist will discuss your results with you. Our dentist will guide you through any of the irregularities or decay that were found in your mouth and may also mention the various treatment options that are offered at our clinic. Our dentist will come up with the most appropriate and detailed treatment plan for your specific case.

You can talk to our dentist about the expenses and further inquire about the suggested treatments and payment plans we offer.
